About Kellmarts Building Services
Our senior management team have a combined experience of over 30 years in the UK’s construction industry. Kellmarts Building Services began as an electrical contractor in 2012 but has steadily been relied upon to deliver further services by our clients.
In 2018 we consciously made the decision to diversify and bring a complete building package to our service portfolio, with a five-year strategic plan to target, grow, monitor and maintain our position as a trusted partner to our clients.
We’ve already carried out varied electrical, mechanical, comms, fire & building works, on everything from private residential to industrial and infrastructure projects, such as London Underground and Heathrow Airport.
Our senior managers both moved to the UK to work in the construction industry.

Our MD began working as a freelance electrician, electrical supervisor and tester.
Our MD started his first LUL project at Aldgate East station project.

Kellmarts Electrical Ltd is incorporated by Companies House.
Kellmarts are part of a team delivering baggage system works in Heathrow Airport to meet security regulations in the build-up to the London Olympics.
Kellmarts awarded first independent electrical package in the Commercial sector.

Investment in three new LGVs for the fleet.
Kellmarts are enlisted once more to deliver electrical projects at Heathrow Airport.

The company is rebranded and renamed Kellmarts Building Services.
We moved to our new office in Ruislip Manor.
